ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:

2 PERSON MAX ROOM:

For purposes of safety and sanitation, no one else is allowed into the service room other than the Lash technician, and the person receiving the service.

Children are not allowed in the service room and there are no provisions for supervising children on the premises. Your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged according to my late cancellation policy.

CELL PHONES AND PERSONAL ITEMS:

Cell phones must be silent and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye/lash services, which involve the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, requiring focus and precision. Please be courteous and respectful of my time and work by keeping your phone silent until your session is complete. I reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone during your session.

KEEP IN MIND:
Contact lenses MUST BE REMOVED during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following your appointment.

Come to your appointment eye makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow, or even facial moisturizer. If lashes are considerably dirty upon arrival a $10 lash bath fee will be added to your appointment.
Eyelash extensions CANNOT be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives.

MUST have card you're paying with in your possession at checkout.

RESULTS:
Individual results may vary and are dependent on the length/volume of your natural lashes and on the type of extension you choose to have applied.

**Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance. If you’re taking acne medication, Retin-A or Accutane, talk to your doctor about stopping the medication before and during treatment to avoid complications.  A doctor’s note may be required before services are performed.**

REFUNDS FOR LASH EXTENSIONS:

Lashing Out Lounge does not offer refunds on any lash services. I take great pride in the work I do and offer a 3 day grace period to come in if you have any concerns with the service you received for a 15 minute touch-up. This does not apply to regular or extended fills.

ALLERGIES:

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to eyelash extension products, please let me know prior to your appointment.
**Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.**
