Lash Extension Policy

24 hour policy for cancellations or changes:

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. This allows enough time to offer that time slot to another guest. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours or less are considered LATE CANCELLATIONS, and you will be charged 50% of the service. If I am unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of the appointment policies, it will count as a late cancellation and you will be charged accordingly. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations.

please arrive early:

Every appointment is scheduled to allow sufficient time to provide the best experience for each guest. Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes early in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged in-full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours or less are considered LATE CANCELLATIONS, and you will be charged 50% of the service. If I am unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of the appointment policies, it will count as a late cancellation and you will be charged accordingly. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations.

late arrivals:

Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee, per the late cancellation policy (see below). Out of respect for other guests, I will not allow your time to run over and cut into another guest’s appointment time because of a late arrival.

2 person max room:

For purposes of safety and sanitation, no one else is allowed into the service room other than (1) the Lash/brow technician, and (2) the person receiving the service.

Children are not allowed in the service room and there are no provisions for supervising children on the premises.  If you bring a child with you who is under the age of 12 and there is no one to supervise them, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service according to our late cancellation policy.

keep talking to a minimum:

Unfortunately, as much as I love chatting with my clients, the more we talk the harder it is to for me to achieve seamless application, work quickly, and focus on the dynamic design pattern I have customized for you. I want your lashes to be the best they can be—super full and styled perfectly—so just keep that in mind and feel free to bring headphones if you'd like. I also have soft music playing in the background. I want you to be able to fully enjoy this relaxing service!

cell phones:

Cell phones must be silent and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye/lash services, which involve the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, requiring focus and precision. Please be courteous and respectful of my time and work by keeping your phone silent until your session is complete. I reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone during your session.

deposits:

A non-refundable deposit is required for all services and will be applied toward your service. If you miss your appointment (NO SHOW) or cancel/change your appointment within 24 hours or less (LATE CANCEL), your deposit will be forfeited. If I am unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of our appointment policies, it will also result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

keep in mind:

Contact lenses MUST BE REMOVED during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following your appointment.

  • Come to your appointment eye makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow, or even facial moisturizer.

  • Lash extensions MUST NOT contact water, steam or heavy humidity for 24 hrs after application.

  • Eyelash extensions CANNOT be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives.

  • Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.

  • If you’re taking acne medication, Retin-A or Accutane, talk to your doctor about stopping the medication before and during treatment to avoid complications.  A doctor’s note may be required before services are performed.

client services:

If you have any questions, concerns or feedback I would love to hear from you. Please contact me by phone or email with your thoughts.

privacy:

Your privacy is very important to me. I collect your personal information such as your name, email and telephone number in order to create an easy client booking database and to keep you informed about all the fun stuff I’m up to. I know how annoying it is to get junk mail so will never disclose your personal information to any third party.

RESULTS:

Individual results may vary and are dependent on the length/volume of your natural lashes and on the type of extension you choose to have applied.
